The unique technology developed in Georgia — HumanOS, a digital product created at BTU that interprets and decodes the human mind through voice — continues to evolve. The system was presented before members of the Georgian Trainers’ Association.
During the presentation and discussion, participants examined the decisive role that the HumanOS platform can play in identifying human potential, understanding behavioral motivations, and enhancing team efficiency.
HumanOS, which generates a unique psycho-code—the HumanOS Index—based on human vocal data, has the potential to become a future-oriented instrument in human resource management. From just a single voice recording, the system captures the detailed structure of intonation, rhythm, tempo, and emotional waves, producing in-depth analytics on an individual’s thinking style, behavioral logic, and emotional responses.
The discussion with trainers and coaches was centered on the following themes:
- How the technology may be used to increase team motivation, overcome communication barriers, and activate employees’ psycho-emotional resources;
- How HumanOS can strengthen leadership development programs and accelerate the identification of leadership potential within organizations;
- How HumanOS ensures personalized human capital management, enabling organizations to maximize the unique potential of each employee.
HumanOS is not merely a technological product—it is a platform that opens a new era in coaching, training, HR analytics, and the strategic development of teams.
BTU continues its active collaboration with the Association of Trainers and Coaches to establish HumanOS as a standard in modern organizational development.
